February 18, 2023 @ 9:00 am 3:00 pm

The Orlando Wetlands Festival is a bi-annual event (every other year). This is a free event for all ages! Join us Saturday, February 18, 2023, from 9 am until 3 pm, to explore exhibits, guided hikes and tours, presentations, games, live animals, native plant give-away, and more! Bring the whole family for a day of outdoor fun and learning.

Since 2001, the Orlando Wetlands Festival has promoted community awareness of the Orlando Wetlands Park and the importance of Florida’s ecological and water resources. The Orlando Wetlands Park is a man-made wetland designed to provide advanced treatment for reclaimed water from the City of Orlando and other local cities. The Park is 1,650 acres in size and located in Christmas, Florida. Visitors can visit the Park seven days a week, between sunrise and sunset, to enjoy primitive and passive activities including photography, wildlife viewing, hiking, biking (non-motorized), horseback riding, and guided tours.
