The festival celebrates Sandhill Cranes and Whooping Cranes that winter on Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge<\/a>. There will be a variety of special speakers, art displays, and children’s activities taking place at a number of venues in downtown Decatur<\/a>. The festival includes birdwatching opportunities at the refuge’s Visitor Center and Wildlife Observation Building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
