Join us in May for the Urban Birding Festival of the Twin Cities, a weekend full of fun and educational activities that celebrate the birds that live in Saint Paul and Minneapolis, MN. This event is an opportunity to meet our neighbors, connect with nature, and increase our understanding of how our lives intersect with the lives of birds! There will be opportunities for all ages and abilities to experience birds and birding.
Events take place at dozens of sites throughout the Twin Cities, including the Minnesota Valley Refuge Education and Visitor Center in Bloomington.
Guided Bird Walks | 7 & 8 a.m.
Meet Live Raptors | 11:30 a.m. & 12:30 p.m.
Kid-Friendly Guided Bird Walks | 10:30 a.m. & 1:15 p.m.
Exhibit Tables, Food Trucks, Kids Activities, and a Guided Bird Observation Deck | 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
