Red Cliffs Bird Fest at Greater Zion
April 28, 2022 - April 30, 2022
Greater Zion, Utah, is the convergence of the Mojave Desert, Great Basin, and Colorado Plateau. This translates into some of the most varied birding habitats in the country that have hosted more than 400 species of birds. Greater Zion has it all; Joshua Tree forests, sagebrush plains, red rock cliffs, riparian trees, and, as you increase in elevation, juniper, pinyon pines, aspen, and ponderosa pines. The area includes one state (Lytle Ranch) and one global (Zion National Park) Important Birding Areas.
Come bird with us in Greater Zion, where the beauty of the birds is matched only by the beauty of the scenery.
