South Florida is one of the top 10 birding destinations to see target species, such as Snail Kite, Limpkin, Short-tailed Hawk, Red-whiskered Bulbul, Mitred Parakeet, Grey-headed Swamphen, Burrowing Owl, Painted Bunting, Wood Stork, Brown-headed Nuthatch, and an average of 140 birds over the 5 days. Full-day field trips lead by Florida experts include transportation, lunch, snacks, and water. Trips to Everglades, Corkscrew, Upper Keys, STA 5, South Dade exotics, and more. Daily workshops and evening programs. Limited to 60 participants to maximize the quality of contact with guides and ability to see the birds.
