https://www.birdiestfestival.org

Experience amazing spring migration along the Texas Gulf Coast in perhaps the busiest flyway in the country, with pre- and post-trips; field trips during the festival to famous South Texas ranch and coastal hot spots; keynote, presentations, and workshops; bird walks; and Jonathan Wood Raptor Project shows. An opening reception with Happy Hour cash bar and Texas BBQ dinner; Vendor Trade Show; artisan booths; and Saturday Family Fun Day round out your basic Texas Coastal adventure!

The 2022 festival had 239 registrants from 30 states—raising the number of bird species seen in its five-year history to 329!

The 4-day pre-trip heads to the Rio Grande Valley in deep South Texas for specialty birds, while the 4-day post-trip treks north to the Upper Texas Coast and Piney Woods, on a scenic search for specialty songbirds and shorebirds. Maximum of eight birders for each pre- and post-trip.

Beginning December 1, visit https://www.birdiestfestival.org for REGISTRATION, DETAILS, SCHEDULE. Further questions to Denise, 361-563-5968.
